摘要
微反应器可以强化传质传热,极大地提高反应效率。利用连续流微通道反应器对肉桂酸甲酯进行催化加氢反应,研究了反应温度、反应物物质的量比、停留时间、压力等因素对反应转化率的影响。研究结果表明:反应温度45℃,反应物B、A物质的量比1.4∶1,停留时间74.3 s,压力0.8 MPa条件下,肉桂酸甲酯的转化率达到100%。本实验可操作性强,重复性好,适合于工业化生产。
Microreactors can enhance mass and heat transfer,and greatly improve the reaction efficiency.The catalytic hydrogenation of methyl cinnamate is carried out in a continuous flow microchannel reactor.The effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of reactants,residence time and pressure on the conversion rate are studied.The results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature 45℃,molar ratio of reactants B、A 1.4∶1,residence time 74.3 s and pressure 0.8 MPa,the conversion of methyl cinnamate reached 100%.The experiment has strong operability and good repeatability,and it′s suitable for industrial production.
