摘要
针对当前化工企业在生产活动中挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)排放的现状进行了深入分析,并探讨了有效的减排技术。概述了VOCs对环境的影响,并对化工企业VOCs排放的主要来源及特点进行了分类分析。重点论述了目前国内外应用的VOCs减排技术,包括物理法、化学法、生物法以及综合控制策略。提出了针对不同类型化工企业的VOCs减排建议,并对未来的研究方向提出展望。
The current situation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission in chemical enterprises in the production activities is deeply analyzed,and the effective emission reduction technology is discussed.The environmental impact of VOCs is summarized,the main sources and characteristics of VOCs emission in chemical enterprises are classified and analyzed.The current application of VOCs emission reduction technologies at home and abroad are reviewed,including physical methods,chemical methods,biological methods and integrated control strategies.The VOCs emission reduction suggestions for different types of chemical enterprises are put forward,and the future research direction is proposed.
