摘要
基于某车企一款PHEV车型需求,研发设计了一款动力电池系统。详细介绍了该动力电池系统的结构组成以及热管理系统的结构,并对该系统进行了机械性能及热管理性能的仿真分析。通过对电池箱体和箱盖进行模态分析,发现电池箱体和箱盖的一阶模态值均小于各自的判断目标值;对电池系统进行了整包流阻特性仿真分析和低温加热工况仿真分析,仿真结果各性能指标均满足设计要求。
To meet the requirements of a PHEV model from a car company,a battery system was designed.The structural composition of the battery system and the thermal management system were introduced,and the simulation analysis of the mechanical properties and thermal management performance of the system were conducted.It was found that the first-order modal values of the battery box and cover were both smaller than the target.The simulation and analysis of pack flow resistance characteristics and heating performance in low temperature conditions were carried out for the battery system,and the results showed that the performance indexes met the design requirements.
