摘要
目的探讨纤维连接蛋白、血管内皮生长因子在冠心病心肌中的表达情况。方法选取冠状动脉组织切片标本,在光学显微镜下观察,并将其分为正常心肌组、冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块对应心肌组。采用免疫组织化学技术、图像分析方法检测纤维连接蛋白、血管内皮生长因子在对应心肌中的表达情况。结果纤维连接蛋白、血管内皮生长因子在正常心肌组、冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块对应心肌组的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论纤维连接蛋白、血管内皮生长因子联合检测可成为冠心病心肌缺血的诊断指标。
Objective To detect the expression of fibronectin and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in myocardium of coronary heart disease.Methods Autopsy samples of coronary paraffin section observed by the light miscroscope and divided into two groups:the normal coronary and the atherosclerotic plaque group.The immunohistochemical method and computerized imaging analysis were used to detect the expression of Fn and VEGF in myocardium according to the two groups of coronary respectively.Results In expression of Fn and VEGF of myocardial,a significant difference was found among the normal coronary and the atherosclerotic plaque group(P<0.01).Conclusion The result indicates that Fn and VEGF may be used as the parameters for diagnosis of human myocardial ischemia.
