妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕中期生化指标和血清代谢物水平分析

Analysis of biochemical indexes and serum metabolites in second trimester of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇孕中期生化指标和血清代谢物水平变化。方法孕中期(孕24~28周)建卡孕妇272例,根据口服75 g葡萄糖耐量试验分为GDM组(诊断为GDM,152例)和对照组(无GDM,120例)。比较两组患者一般资料、建卡时生化指标和血清代谢物水平,分析丙氨酸和精氨酸水平与生化指标的相关性。结果GDM组年龄大于对照组,建卡时收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆汁酸、丙氨酸和精氨酸水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。GDM组丙氨酸和精氨酸水平与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和和三酰甘油水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论GDM孕妇孕中期存在生化指标和血清代谢物水平异常,丙氨酸和精氨酸水平与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和三酰甘油水平密切相关。 Objective To analyze the change of biochemical indexes and serum metabolites in second trimester of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 272 pregnant women with card construction at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy were divided into GDM group(with GDM,152 cases)and control group(without GDM,120 cases)according to oral glucose tolerance test.The general data,biochemical indexes and serum metabolites levels were compared between the two groups.The correlation of alanine and arginine with biochemical indexes was analyzed.Results The age was older,and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,total bile acid,alanine and arginine were higher in GDM group than those in control group(P<0.05).Alanine and arginine were positively correlated with fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and triacylglycerol in GDM group(P<0.05).Conclusion The biochemical indexes and serum metabolites are abnormal during second trimester of pregnant women with GDM.Alanine and arginine are closely related to fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and triacylglycerol.
