摘要
建立总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃分析仪的校准方法,评定校准结果的不确定度。根据分析仪原理和使用情况,选取仪器的示值误差、重复性、转化效率作为校准项目,通过试验和参考其他技术规范给出了参考技术指标,示值误差为±10%,重复性不大于3%,转化效率不小于95%。利用校准实例对校准方法进行验证,该校准方法切实可行,参考技术指标合理。
The calibration methods of total hydrocarbon,methane and non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzers were established,and the uncertainty of calibration results was assessed.According to the principles and usages of the analyzer,the indication error,repeatability and conversion efficiency of the instrument were selected as calibration items,and the reference technical indicators were provided through experiments and references to other technical specifications.The indication error was±10%,the repeatability was not more than 3%,and the conversion efficiency was not less than 95%.A calibration example was used to verify the calibration method,which is feasible and the reference technical indicators are reasonable.
