物流业高质量发展促进共同富裕的效应与机制研究

Research on the Effect and Mechanism of High-quality Development ofLogistics Industry to Promote Common Prosperity

基于2013—2022年30个省级面板数据,从富裕度、共同度和可持续度三个维度构建共同富裕指标体系,以新发展理念为指导,从“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五个维度构建物流业高质量综合评价体系,实证考察物流业高质量发展对共同富裕的影响和作用机制。基准回归检验发现,物流业高质量发展能够显著促进共同富裕,该结论经过一系列稳健性检验后仍显著成立。区域异质性检验发现,物流业高质量发展对共同富裕促进效果呈现中部地区>西部地区>东部地区的态势。传导效应检验发现,物流业高质量发展能够通过提升产业结构升级和社会消费效应促进共同富裕。基于以上结论,文章提出物流业高质量发展持续赋能共同富裕的政策建议。

Based on the data of 30 provincial panels from 2013 to 2022,this paper constructs a common prosperity index system from the three dimensions of affluence,commonality and sustainability,and constructs a high-quality comprehensive evaluation system for the logistics industry from the five dimensions of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”under the guidance of the new development concept,and empirically examines the impact and mechanism of high-quality development of the logistics industry on common prosperity.The results show that:①The benchmark regression test finds that the high-quality development of the logistics industry can significantly promote common prosperity,and this conclusion is still significantly valid after a series of robustness tests.②The test of regional heterogeneity shows that the effect of high-quality development of the logistics industry on the promotion of common prosperity shows a trend in the central region>the western region>the eastern region.③The conduction effect test finds that the high-quality development of the logistics industry can promote common prosperity by improving the upgrading of industrial structure and the effect of social consumption.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the high-quality development of the logistics industry to continuously empower common prosperity.
