胶粉复合SBS改性沥青路面的减碳效果分析

摘要 结合恩施地区橡胶沥青与胶粉复合SBS改性沥青路面实体工程,分析了胶粉复合SBS改性沥青路面的减碳效果。首先建立了复合改性沥青的全生命周期评估法(LCA),然后基于该方法,分析了原材料生产、混合料拌和、材料运输和施工养护等各阶段的能耗及碳排放量,对比了胶粉复合SBS改性沥青和橡胶沥青的差异。最后,从沥青原料替代、降低油石比、延长路面使用寿命等方面,综合评估了胶粉复合SBS改性沥青路面相对于现行SBS改性沥青的性能及减碳效果。 According to the rubber asphalt and crumb rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt applied in Enshi,the carbon reduction effect of crumb rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt was analyzed.Firstly,the life cycle assessment(LCA)of composite modified asphalt was established.Based on this method,the energy consumption and carbon emission were analyzed in each stage of raw material production,mixture mixing,material transportation,construction and maintenance,and the differences between crumb rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt and rubber asphalt were compared.Finally,the performance and carbon reduction effect of crumb rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt pavement was evaluated from the perspectives of replacing asphalt with rubber,reducing the asphalt content in mixtures and prolonging the life of the pavement.
