面向大型射电望远镜工程的多场景屏蔽效能测量配置策略研究

摘要 大型射电望远镜具有极高的系统灵敏度,望远镜自身电子设备的电磁防护要求极高,以至最终的屏蔽效能测量与性能验证存在技术挑战,相关技术的研究可为望远镜电磁兼容工程实施提供技术支撑。为解决望远镜建设多场景屏蔽测量技术问题,本文分析了影响屏蔽效能测量的主要因素,依据GB/T 12190-2021《电磁屏蔽室屏蔽效能的测量方法》,在3 m法暗室内搭建了测量系统,围绕测量系统硬件链路及信号分析仪关键参数与屏蔽效能测量性能的响应关系开展了系统性测量;在此基础上,统计分析了其对屏蔽效能测量性能的影响,结合GJB 5792A-2021《军用涉密信息系统电磁屏蔽体等级划分和测量方法》中电磁屏蔽体等级划分方法,屏蔽效能测量规划为四种测量场景,进而给出相应屏蔽效能测量场景的硬件及测量参数配置策略。按照不同策略搭建相应屏蔽效能测量系统进行测试,进一步验证了在不同场景下屏蔽效能策略配置的可行性。 The large radio telescope has extremely high system sensitivity,and the electromagnetic protection requirements for its own electronic equipment are also very high.As a result,there are technical challenges in the final shielding effectiveness measurement and performance verification.The study of relevant technologies provides technical support for the implementation of electromagnetic compatibility engineering for the telescope.To address the technical issues associated with multi-scenario shielding measurement in telescope construction,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting shielding effectiveness measurement.Based on the GB/T 12190-2021“Method for measuring the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding enclosures”,a measurement system was constructed in a 3 m darkroom.Systematic measurements were conducted around the hardware chain of the measurement system and the response relationship between key parameters of the signal analyzer and the shielding effectiveness measurement performance.Based on this,we conducted a statistical analysis of its impact on the performance of shielding effectiveness measurements.Using the electromagnetic shielding classification method in GJB 5792A-2021“Classification and measurement methods for electromagnetic shielding enclosures of military security information system”,we planned the shielding effectiveness measurements into four scenarios.We then provided corresponding hardware and measurement parameter configuration strategies for each shielding effectiveness measurement scenario.We built and tested systems for measuring shielding effectiveness according to different strategies,further verifying the feasibility of these configuration strategies in different scenarios.
