摘要
针对新型侧挂式双星和分配器系统的主动段力学环境分析与试验验证状态确定问题,分析对比了双星-分配器组合体状态和单星状态两种状态下的振动响应,说明了分配器对于侧挂式卫星的星箭接口和星上组件振动响应的影响,卫星分配器对于从卫星-分配器组合体下端框传递至星箭接口的正弦振动具有明显的放大效应,对于从卫星-分配器组合体下端框传递至星箭接口的随机振动具有衰减效应。据此卫星方和运载方共同制定了在卫星-分配器组合体状态进行卫星、分配器的力学环境适应性分析和试验的验证方案,地面研制阶段进行了卫星-分配器组合体力学试验验证并成功发射入轨,表明了侧挂式卫星-分配器进行一体化力学环境分析和验证的有效性。
For newly-developed side-mounted satellites and dispenser system,how to determine mechanical environment analysis and test validation state must be considered in the early development period.The vibration response analysis is respectively conducted for the satellite and dispenser integration and for the single satellite.It is indicated that the dispenser amplifies the sinusoidal vibration which is from the dispenser lower end frame to the satellite and dispenser interface,but attenuates the random vibration.The dispenser affects the vibration response of the satellite and dispenser interface,and the satellite units.According to the analysis results,the validation scheme is formulated that the integration of two side mounted satellites and dispenser is analyzed and validated for mechanical environment in the development phases by the satellite and rocket contractors.The satellite and dispenser integration is checked by mechanical tests and launched into orbit successfully now.It is verified that the mechanical analysis and test of the satellite and dispenser integration are effective.
