摘要
高压开断试验是针对高压断路器的开关设备产品质量、运行特性、动作可靠性的重要检验方式。在试验过程中,由于电压的空间耦合或合闸断路器的老化等原因,会造成控制继电器损坏,导致试验延误,形成安全隐患。通过梳理高压开断试验控制功能的实现过程,分析造成控制回路继电器损坏的原因,给出保护及预警措施,确保高压开断试验的安全、有序进行,为高压开断试验控制回路的保护方案提供借鉴。
High voltage breaking test is an important inspection method for the quality,operating characteristics,and operational reliability of high-voltage circuit breakers and other switchgear products.During the testing process,damage to the control relay may occur due to voltage spatial coupling or aging of the closing circuit breaker,leading to delays in the test and posing safety hazards.Through the realization process of the control function of high voltage breaking test being reviewed,it analyzes the reasons for the damage of the control circuit relay,provides protection and early warning measures,and ensures the safe and orderly conduct of high-voltage breaking test.It provides reference for the protection scheme of the control circuit of high voltage breaking test.
