基于STM32的高功率光伏逆变系统设计

摘要 为解决传统光伏逆变系统电能转换率低的问题,设计一种输出电压稳定、整机转换效率高、系统鲁棒性强的光伏逆变系统。系统由DC-DC稳压模块和全桥逆变模块级联构成,同时加入遥控器与显示屏模块实现人机交互功能,采用双闭环PID控制算法实现前级稳压,通过正弦脉冲宽度调制技术将直流电转换为交流电。测试结果表明,该逆变系统具有输入电压范围宽、输出交流电压稳定、交流电频率步进可调、信号失真率低的优点。 In order to solve the problems of low power conversion rate of electric energy in traditional photovoltaic inverter system,it designes an inverter system with stable output voltage,high conversion efficiency and strong system robustness.The system is composed of a DC-DC voltage regulator module and a full-bridge inverter module.A remote control and display module are added to realize the human-computer interaction function.The system adopts double closed-loop PID control algorithm to realize the pre-voltage regulation,and converts DC into AC through SPWM modulation technology.The test results show that the inverter system has the characteristics of wide input voltage range,stable output AC voltage,adjustable AC frequency step and low signal distortion rate.
