复方谷氨酰胺联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对血清IL-6、IL-10水平和血小板参数的影响

Efficacy of Compound Glutamine Combined with Mesalazine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis and Its Effects on Serum Il-6,Il-10 Levels and Platelet Parameters

目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者使用复方谷氨酰胺联合美沙拉嗪治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年6月在福建医科大学附属第二医院治疗的84例UC患者作为研究对象,按随机法分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=42),分别予以美沙拉嗪、复方谷氨酰胺联合美沙拉嗪治疗,两组均治疗8周。评价两组治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后Mayo评分、Geboes评分、血清炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]和血小板参数[血小板计数(PLT)、血小板体积(MPV)],并观察不良反应情况。结果:相比于对照组,观察组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组Mayo评分更低,Geboes指数下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10和PLT水平低于对照组,MPV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:UC患者使用复方谷氨酰胺联合美沙拉嗪治疗效果较好,能够有效改善患者临床症状,促进肠黏膜愈合,减轻炎症反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of compound glutamine combined with mesalazine in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Method:A total of 84 patients with UC were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with mesalazine and compound glutamine combined with mesalazine,respectively.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.The Mayo score,Geboes score,serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)]and platelet parameters[platelet count(PLT),platelet volume(MPV)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were observed.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the Mayo score of the observation group was lower,and the Geboes index decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP,IL-6,IL-10 and PLT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and MPV was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound glutamine combined with mesalazine is effective in the treatment of UC patients,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the healing of intestinal mucosa and reduce the inflammatory response.
