替普瑞酮与艾司奥美拉唑联合用药对消化性溃疡患者的炎症因子及免疫能力的调控作用

The Regulatory Effect of the Combination of Teprenone and Esomeprazole on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in Patients with Peptic Ulcers

目的:探讨替普瑞酮与艾司奥美拉唑联合用药对消化性溃疡患者的炎症因子及免疫能力的调控作用。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年11月晋江市医院(上海市第六人民医院福建医院)收治的105例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=53)和研究组(n=52)。分别应用艾司奥美拉唑治疗和替普瑞酮联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗。将两组临床疗效、炎症因子、免疫指标以及不良反应情况进行比较。结果:两组临床总有效率比较,对照组低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)指标与干预前相比水平显著降低,且研究组IL-6、TGF-β1、TNF-α指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)指标与干预前相比水平显著升高,且研究组IgM、IgA、IgG指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合使用替普瑞酮和艾司奥美拉唑可以有效地促进消化性溃疡的愈合,改善炎症因子和免疫能力。

Objective:To explore the regulatory effects of the combination of teprenone and esomeprazole on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with peptic ulcers.Method:A total of 105 patients with peptic ulcer treated in Jinjiang City Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control(n=53)group and a study group(n=52)by random number table method.Esomeprazole treatment and teprenone combined with Esomeprazole treatment were applied respectively.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,immune indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the two groups was cpmpared,and the control group was lower than the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention,and the levels of IL-1,TGF-β1 and TNF-αin the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG indicators in the two groups significantly increased compared with those before the intervention,and the levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of teprenone and esomeprazole can effectively promote the healing of peptic ulcers,improve inflammatory factors and immune function.
