健心颗粒联合西药治疗老年CHF患者的效果

Effect of Jianxin Granules Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with CHF

目的:探讨健心颗粒联合西药治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者的效果。方法:根据随机投币法将2022年1—12月于福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院接受治疗的70例老年CHF患者分为接受常规西药治疗的对照组(n=35)和健心颗粒联合西药治疗的观察组(n=35),比较两组临床疗效、心功能、心肌重构、心衰症状及运动耐力。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,两组左心室射血分数、6分钟步行试验均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,且两组室间隔舒张末期厚度、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径及N末端脑钠肽前体、血清趋化素、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(soluble growth stimulation expressed gene 2,sST2)水平、Lee氏心衰评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健心颗粒联合西药治疗可抑制老年CHF患者sST2、血清趋化素等心肌重构指标表达,显著提升运动耐力、心功能,并改善心衰症状,有利于临床疗效的提升。

Objective:To explore the effect of Jianxin Granules combined with western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:According to the random coin-operated method,70 elderly patients with CHF who treated in the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were divided into the control group(n=35)receiving conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group(n=35)receiving Jianxin Granules combined with western medicine treatment,the clinical efficacy,cardiac function,myocardial remodeling,symptoms of heart failure and exercise endurance of two groups were compared.Result:After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 months of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and 6-minute walking test in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the interventricular septal end-diastolic thickness,left ventricular enddiastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,serum chemokine,soluble growth stimulation expressed gene 2(sST2)level and Lee's heart failure score in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianxin Granules combined with western medicine can inhibit the expression of myocardial remodeling indexes such as sST2 and serum chemokines in elderly patients with CHF,which can significantly improve the exercise tolerance and cardiac function and improve the symptoms of heart failure,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical efficacy.
