人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Artificial Total Knee Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:对比人工全膝关节置换术与关节镜手术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选择2023年1月—2024年1月黔西市人民医院收治的60例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用单双号法对患者进行分组,30例分到单号者纳入对照组,30例分到双号者纳入观察组。对照组采用关节镜手术治疗,观察组采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗,比较两组治疗前后膝关节疼痛与功能评分及治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前膝关节疼痛与功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,膝关节功能评分量表(HSS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者应用人工全膝关节置换术治疗不仅能有效缓解膝关节疼痛程度,还能改善膝关节功能,效果显著。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of artificial total knee arthroplasty and arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Qianxi People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups using the odd even number method,with 30 patients assigned to odd numbers being included in the control group and 30 patients assigned to even numbers being included in the observation group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with total knee arthroplasty.The knee joint pain and functional scores before and after treatment,as well as treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in knee joint pain and functional scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the knee function rating scale(HSS)score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis can not only effectively alleviate knee joint pain,but also improve knee joint function,with significant effects.
