中药有效成分治疗帕金森病的实验研究进展

Experimental Research Progress of Active Ingredientsof Chinese Medicine Treating Parkinson′s Disease

帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)是中老年人多发的一种渐进性神经退行性疾病,且目前尚无有效的治疗方法,保守治疗仍使用左旋多巴制剂。近几年来,中药治疗PD的潜在作用已被大量实验数据证明,故文章从天然多酚类、黄酮类、萜类等化合物防治PD的中药活性成分及其可能的分子机制做一综述。

Parkinson′s disease(PD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disease with a high prevalence in middle-aged and elderly people,and there is no effective treatment yet.The conservative treatment still uses levodopa preparations.In recent years,the potential effects of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PD have been proved by a large amount of experimental data,so this paper presented a review of the active components of Chinese medicine and their possible molecular mechanisms from natural polyphenols,flavonoids,terpenoids and other compounds for the prevention and treatment of PD.
