“体教融合”模式在我国竞技体育后备人才培养中的研究

摘要 “体教融合”模式,既是体育系统与教育系统的融合,也是多元主体共同参与的人才培养模式.当前,关于竞技体育后备人才的培养研究,大都立足体育视角,在研究广度与深度上层次单一,尤其是缺乏对交叉学科理论的借鉴,如教育学、管理学、政治学、经济学等.基于此,从体教融合模式的内涵与价值出发,对其理论基础、运行逻辑以及存在的困境进行分析,并提出了具体的优化路径. The mode of"integrating sports and education"is not only the integration of sports system and education system,but also the integration of personnel training mode with multiple subjects participation.At present,most of the research on the training of reserve talents in competitive sports is from on sports perspective,so the breadth and depth of the research are single,especially the reference to interdisciplinary theories is not sufficient,such as education,management,politics,economics and so on.This paper starts from the connotation and value of the integration mode of sports and education,analyzes its theoretical basis,operation logic and existing difficulties,and puts forward a specific optimizing path.
