泰国学前教育改革的成功经验及启示

摘要 聚焦泰国学前教育改革的时代背景及其成功经验对我国学前教育事业发展的启示.研究发现,在国际社会对学前教育日益重视的背景下,泰国政府积极响应,结合本国政治、经济的转型需求以及“泰国4.0”计划,对学前教育进行了全面而深入的改革.成功经验在于:泰国政府强调政府的主导作用;秉持儿童为本的教育理念;致力于提升保教服务质量;特别注重对弱势儿童的补偿教育,确保每位儿童都能享受平等的教育机会.泰国学前教育改革成功经验对我国学前教育事业发展的借鉴意义:强化政府的主体责任,优化学前教育发展的政策环境;坚持儿童本位的教育理念,促进学前儿童的全面发展;加强师资队伍建设,提升幼儿教师专业素养与保教能力;关注处境不利儿童的健康成长,推动教育走向公平与卓越. Focusing on the historical background and successful experience of Thailand's preschool education reform,the paper provides insights for the development of preschool education in China.Research has found that in the context of increasing international attention to early childhood education,the Thai government has actively responded by carrying out comprehensive and in-depth reforms to early childhood education,taking into account the Country's political and economic transformation needs,as well as"Thailand 4.0"Plan.Successful experience are:the Thai government emphasizes the leading role of the government;adhering to the educational philosophy of putting children first;being committed to improving the quality of childcare and education services;Special attention being paid to compensating education for disadvantaged children,ensuring that every child can enjoy equal educational opportunities.The successful experience of Thailand's preschool education reform has positive reference significance for the development of presc hool education in China.China should strengthen the government's main responsibility and optimize the policy environment for the development of preschool education;adhere to the child centered educational philosophy and promote the comprehensive development of preschool children;strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,enhance the professional competence and teaching ability of preschool teachers;and pay attention to the healthy growth of disadvantaged children and promote education towards fairness and excellence.
