电网自动发电控制系统频率偏差系数动态优化研究

摘要 结合某电网高比例水电、大规模外送的显著特征和AGC系统特性,通过建立电网等效ASF模型,研究频率偏差系数变化对电网AGC性能的影响,分析影响电网频率偏差系数的关联因素,制定AGC系统频率偏差系数优化仿真实施方案,基于大量仿真结果制定频率偏差系数的整定方法。该方法兼顾功率缺额和时间尺度两个方面,可有效提升电网二次调频的能力,系统频率稳定性有效增强,对电网开展频率偏差系数动态优化具有一定的借鉴作用。 Combined with the significant characteristics of highproportion hydropower and large-scale delivery of**Power Grid and the actual control characteristics of AGC units,this paper established the equivalent ASF model of power grid,studied the influence of frequency deviation coefficient changes on the AGC performance of power grid,analyzed the associated factors affecting the frequency deviation coefficient of power grid,and formulated the frequency deviation coefficient optimization simulation implementation plan of AGC system.The setting method of frequency deviation coefficient is developed based on a large number of simulation results.This method takes into account both the power gap and the time scale,effectively improves the power grid secondary frequency modulation ability,effectively enhances the system frequency stability,and has a certain reference for the dynamic optimization of frequency deviation coefficient.
