摘要
目的以上海市在线开放课程建设为抓手,顺应混合式教学模式改革,开发系列数字化资源。方法调查分析课程资源缺乏现状,立足“健康评估”课程标准和目标,为满足教学模式改革和教学方法创新需求,系统设计课程资源建设方案,包括视频类、工具类和素材类资源开发,以及生成类资源梳理。将各类资源整合到市级开放课程平台,并应用于混合式教学改革实践。课程前后采用护理专业学生人文关怀能力量表对60名学生进行测评,并在课程后调查课程满意度。结果课程前关怀能力总分为(138.07±21.61)分,课程后总分为(150.18±19.72)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=-3.488,P<0.001)。学生对课程资源、平台和教学满意度分别为100.0%、94.9%和98.3%。结论课程资源类型丰富,满足混合式教学需求,能够促进学生自主学习,提升学生护理评估技能和人文关怀能力,提高课程教学效果和满意度。
Objective To develop a series of digital resources to meet the reform of blended teaching mode with the construction of Shanghai online open course.Methods Survey and analysis of the current lack of course resources were conducted.Based on the standards and objectives of“Health Assessment”course,a systematical course resource construction plan was designed to satisfy the re⁃form of teaching mode and the requirement of innovation of teaching method,including resource devel⁃opment and sorting of videos,tools,materials and generative resources.Various resources were inte⁃grated into the open course platform at the municipal level and applied into blended teaching reform practice.The humanistic care ability scale of Nursing students was used to the test and evaluation of 60 students before and after the course.The course satisfaction was also collected after the course.Results The total scores of humanistic care ability before and after the course were(138.07±21.61)and(150.18±19.72),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.488,P<0.001).Students’satisfaction with the course resources,platforms and teaching reached 100.0%,94.9%,and 98.3%,respectively.Conclusion The rich curriculum resources meet the need of blended teaching,promote students’independent learning,improve students’nursing evaluation skills and humanistic care ability, and boost the teaching effect and satisfaction of the course.
