白细胞介素-6在不可切除原发性肝细胞肝癌免疫治疗中的相关性研究

Correlation study of IL-6 in immunotherapy for unresectable primary hepatocellular carcinoma

目的针对血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在不可切除原发性肝细胞肝癌免疫治疗中调控机制的相关性进行分析研究。方法回顾性分析2020年5月至2023年5月于安顺市人民医院诊断为不可切除原发性肝细胞肝癌的患者30例及健康体检的就诊人员30例,不可切除原发性肝细胞肝癌患者作为病例组,健康体检人员作为健康组,对两组肝功能指标ALT、AST、TBIL、血清AFP、CA199、CEA、IL-6进行检测;检测病例组患者免疫治疗前后血清中肝功能、肿瘤标记物、IL-6等相关指标变化。观察肝脏肿瘤大小变化,追踪原发性肝癌患者生存期。结果病例组患者血清AFP、IL-6显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。病例组患者免疫治疗后血清AFP、IL-6显著低于免疫治疗前(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清AFP及IL-6水平对评估原发性肝细胞肝癌患者的预后有重要临床意义。

Objective To study the correlation between the regulation mechanism of serum IL-6 in the immunotherapy of unresectable primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 30 patients diagnosed with unresectable primary hepatocellular carcinoma at Anshun People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023,as well as 30 patients who underwent health examinations.Patients with unresectable primary hepatocellular carcinoma were selected as the case group,and healthy individuals were selected as the health group.ALT,AST,TBIL,serum AFP,CA199,CEA,and IL-6 liver function indicators were tested in both groups.Detect the changes in serum liver function,tumor markers,IL-6 and other related indicators before and after immunotherapy in the case group patients.Observe the size changes of liver tumors and track the survival period of patients with primary liver cancer.Results The results showed that the serum AFP and IL-6 levels in the case group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).After immunotherapy,the serum AFP and IL-6 levels in the case group were significantly lower than before immunotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum AFP and IL-6 levels has important clinical significance in evaluating the prognosis of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
