微创食管癌根治术对老年食管癌患者的治疗效果评价

Evaluation of minimally invasive radical resection of esophageal cancer in elderly patients with esophageal cancer

目的分析老年食管癌患者采取微创食管癌根治术的有效性。方法120例老年食管癌患者,根据数字随机法将所有患者分为常规组和探究组,每组60例。常规组采取开放性食管癌根治术治疗,探究组应用微创食管癌根治术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、临床指标(淋巴结清扫数量、术中出血量、手术时长、住院时间)、并发症发生情况。结果探究组治疗总有效率98.33%与常规组的83.33%相比明显偏高,差异显著(P<0.05)。探究组淋巴结清扫数量(14.24±1.93)个、术中出血量(220.63±1.72)ml与常规组的(14.23±1.84)个、(220.61±1.52)ml比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。探究组手术时长(221.24±1.61)min、住院时间(14.27±0.42)d短于常规组的(265.27±1.54)min、(17.42±0.84)d,差异显著(P<0.05)。探究组并发症发生率3.33%相比常规组的18.33%更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对老年食管癌患者应用微创食管癌根治术能够缩短手术时间及住院时间,使患者术后并发症发生率减少,临床治疗效果全面提升。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of minimally invasive radical resection of esophageal cancer in elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 120 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were divided into a conventional group and an exploration group by random number method,each consisting of 60 cases.The conventional group was treated with traditional open radical resection,and the exploration group was treated with minimally invasive radical resection of esophageal cancer.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,clinical indicators(number of lymph node dissection,intraoperative blood loss,duration of operation,length of hospital stay)and occurrence of complications.Results The total effective rate of 98.33%in the exploration group was higher than 83.33%in the conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The exploration group had number of lymph node dissection of(14.24±1.93)nodes and intraoperative blood loss of(220.63±1.72)ml,which were not significant compared with(14.23±1.84)nodes and(220.61±1.52)ml in the conventional group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The duration of operation and length of hospital stay in the exploration group were(221.24±1.61)min and(14.27±0.42)d,which were significantly shorter than(265.27±1.54)min and(17.42±0.84)d in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of 3.33%in the exploration group was significantly lower than 18.33%in the conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with esophageal cancer,minimally invasive radical resection of esophageal cancer can shorten the duration of operation and length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the clinical effect of the treatment.
