摘要
通过冗余分析(RDA)和相关性热图分析相结合的方法,分析水环境因子与门水平和属水平上细菌微生物群落结构之间的相关性,进一步探究水温、pH、总氮等14种环境因子对微生物群落结构组成的影响,并利用共线性网络分析碳功能基因与环境因子间的相关性。
In this paper,the combination of redundancy analysis(RDA)and correlation heat map analysis was introduced,to analyze the correlation between water environmental factors and bacterial microbial community structure at the phylum and genus levels,and explore the effects of 14 environmental factors such as water temperature,pH and total nitrogen on the structure of microbial communities,and used collinearity network to analyze the correlation between carbon functional genes and environmental factors.
