摘要
大数据与教育治理深度融合,赋能多种教育治理场景,推动高等教育整体性、全景式、精细化治理。围绕概念内涵、现实挑战、治理特征、价值优势、影响因素、治理路径等梳理和总结了近年来高等教育数据治理的理论内容。在此基础上探索建构了包含外部情景、支撑理论、治理模式与机制、治理载体与工具、治理目标和治理绩效等要素的高等教育数据治理逻辑框架,聚焦分析了高等教育数据治理中未来关注的数据治理理念导向、教育数据安全及风险管控、教育新基建等关键性问题。
The deep integration of big data and educational governance empowers various educational governance scenarios,promoting the overall,panoramic,and refined governance of higher education.This article summarizes the theoretical content of higher education data governance in recent years,focusing on conceptual connotations,practical challenges,governance characteristics,value advantages,influencing factors,and governance paths.On this basis,a logical framework for higher education data governance is explored and constructed,which includes external scenarios,supporting theories,governance models and mechanisms,governance carriers and tools,governance goals,and governance performance.The focus is on analyzing key issues in higher education data governance,such as data governance concept orientation,education data security and risk control,and new education infrastructure.
