摘要
在分析合并转设背景下新升格本科院校内部信任面临现实困境基础上,梳理高校内部信任机制的现状和原因,提出构建“回归价值理性驱动逻辑、建立发展性评价理念、培养教职工信任品格、增强信任文化价值认同”的内部信任机制建设路径,提升合并转设院校内部治理水平。
By analyzing the practical problems faced by the internal trust of newly merged universities,probing into the current situation and reasons behind the internal trust mechanism of universities,this paper puts forward the construction path of the internal trust mechanism,which is"returning to the logic of being rationally driven by value,establishing the concept of developmental evaluation,cultivating the trust character of teaching staff,and enhancing the value identification of trust culture",so as to improve the internal management level of merged and transferred colleges and universities.
