技术治理视阈下职业院校“数据治理”的改革效度与逻辑反思

Exploring "Data Governance" Reform in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Technology Governance: Validity and Rationality

技术与治理的深度融合已成为推动职业院校治理现代化的核心路径与鲜明特征。然而,技术在治理领域的应用效果充满变数,可能引发技术扩张、价值异化技术扩张、价值异化、技术与结构异步及技术过剩等多重挑战。为此职业院校应高度关注治理技术的适配性问题,以此作为提升治理效能的关键所在,并最终迈向系统化、适配化的整体治理新境界。鉴于此,基于技术治理的视角,探讨职业院校在“情景—目标—结构”三个层面的协同融合逻辑,强调情景感知、目标适配与结构优化的并行推进,以实现多维度的适配性与系统性的治理升级。

The deep integration of technology and governance has emerged as the primary strategy for advancing governance modernization in vocational colleges.However,the utilization of technology in governance presents numerous variables leading to challenges such as technology expansion,value alienation,asynchronous technology and structure,and technology surplus.Hence,vocational colleges must prioritize the adaptability of governance technology,a crucial factor for enhancing governance efficiency,and ultimately progress towards a systematic and adaptive comprehensive governance model.Recognizing this,from a technological governance viewpoint,the author of this paper discusses the integration mechanism of"scenario-goal-structure"in vocational colleges,emphasizing the parallel of situational awareness,target adaptation and structural optimization,to achieve multi-dimensional adaptability and systematic governance upgrading.
