In the big data era,internet firms intertwine algorithms with platform applications,utilizing algorithms as the foundation for data collection and platform profitability.These algorithms,deeply integrated into citizens'daily lives via platform applications,create conflicts with laws,including algorithm black box,big data-enabled price discrimination against existing customers,and data crawlers.The issue of enterprise algorithm compliance is the conflict between algorithms and law,essentially the discord between corporate profit-making and legal system arrangements.Thus,in the realm of algorithm governance,drawing on the governance experience of corporate compliance,adhering to the practical logic of external supervision and self-regulation,and the governance concept of pluralistic co-governance inherent in national governance,can be a viable strategy to resolve the conflict between algorithms and law.
