摘要 我国生态环境部门对挥发性有机物(VOCs)的治理管控严格,焦化行业是VOCs治理重点行业。介绍典型焦化厂化产区域VOCs排放现状,分析VOCs尾气成分以及目前VOCs排放治理过程中存在的问题,并针对焦化产区域各尾气排放点的特性,采用配置氮封存的单罐单控尾气控制排放措施,采用煤气负压回收工艺处理冷鼓工段、粗苯工段、油库工段密闭槽罐挥发的尾气,采用焚烧工艺处理敞口排放的尾气和密闭性较差的槽罐排放的尾气。结果显示,对化产区域有机废气进行处理后,尾气排放基本可以满足《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)的排放标准限值要求。 The national ministry of ecology and environment department has strict control over the management of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),and the coking industry is a key industry for VOCs control.This paper introduces the current status of VOCs emissions in the typical coking plant chemical production area,analyzes the components of VOCs exhaust gases and the existing problems in the current VOCs emission control process.Based on the characteristics of each exhaust gas emission point in the chemical production area,measures such as nitrogen sealing for single-tank singlecontrol exhaust gas emission control are adopted.The gas negative pressure recovery process is used to treat the exhaust gases evaporated from the sealed trough tanks in the cold drum section,crude benzene section,and oil depot section.The incineration process is used to treat the exhaust gases from open emissions and the exhaust gases from the trough tanks with poor sealing.The results indicate that after the treatment of organic waste gases in the chemical production area by the process,the exhaust gas emissions can basically meet the emission standard limit requirements of the Coking Chemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard(GB 16171—2012).
