国医大师杨震运用宣肺达郁汤治疗新型冠状病毒感染后遗症经验

Application of Xuanfei Dayu Decoction in the treatment of COVID-19 infection sequelae by Yang Zhen

宣肺达郁汤是国医大师杨震经验方,源于黄元御《四圣心源》中黄芽汤、下气汤、达郁汤之合方。杨震运用气机学说将三方组合化裁,以黄芽汤建中气、启升降之机,以下气汤合达郁汤升肝、降肺,使气机流转,升降恢复正常,治疗新型冠状病毒感染后遗症,临床疗效确切。从气机学说理论分析宣肺达郁汤治疗新型冠状病毒感染后遗症机理,以期为临床提供参考。

The prescription of Xuanfei Dayu Decoction is drafted on the basis of the clinical experience of Yang Zhen,a national famous master of traditional Chinese medicine,and is collectively derived from Huangya Decoction,Xiaqi Decoction and Dayu Decoction from the Four Sacred Heart Sources(Si Sheng Xin Yuan)written by Huang Yuanyu.Yang Zhen,under the guidance of the theory of qi movement,modifies the three prescriptions to treat the sequelae of COVID-19 infection,and achieves a remarkable effect in clinical practice.This article analyzes the mechanisms of Xuanfei Dayu Decoction in treating the COVID-19 infection sequelae from the perspective of the theory of qi movement,with a view to providing a reference for its future clinical practice.
