摘要
目的探讨消肿散洗剂对大鼠创面模型的愈合作用。方法将造模成功的SD大鼠采用随机数表法分为实验组(消肿散洗剂组)、对照组(复方黄柏液涂剂组)和空白组(生理盐水组)。造模后记录第3、7、14、21天的创面愈合率;第3、7、14天检测创面组织血管生成素(AngI、AngII)的表达水平;在第7天检测创面组织炎症因子(IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10)的表达水平。结果造模后第3天三组创面愈合率无统计学意义(P>0.05);第7天、第14天实验组创面愈合率高于对照组与空白组(P<0.05);第21天实验组创面愈合率高于空白组(P<0.05),与对照组愈合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。造模后第3天实验组和对照组AngI、AngII表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但高于空白组(P<0.05);第7天实验组和对照组AngI、AngII表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且高于空白组(P<0.05);第14天实验组和对照组AngI、AngII表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但高于空白组(P<0.05)。造模后第7天实验组的IL-1β、IL-6的表达水平低于空白组和对照组(P<0.05),而IL-10高于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论消肿散洗剂可协调炎症因子平衡,促进血管生成素的表达,可快速愈合创面。
Objective To explore the effect of Xiaozhongsan lotion on wound healing in rats.Methods SD rats with a successful modeling were randomly divided into an experimental group(Xiaozhongsan lotion),a control group(compound Huangbai liquid)and a blank group(normal saline).The wound healing rate was recorded on the third,seventh,fourteenth and twenty-first days after modeling.The expression levels of angiopoietins(AngI,AngII)in wound tissue were detected on the 3rd,7th,and 14th days.The expression levels of inflammatory factors(IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10)in wound tissue were detected on the 7th day.Results On the third day after modeling,there was no significant difference in wound healing rate among the three groups(P>0.05).The wound healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group and the blank group on the 7th and 14th day(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the blank group on the 21st day(P<0.05),yet there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).On the third day after modeling,there was no statistically significant difference in the expression levels of AngI and AngII between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but their levels were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.05).On the 7th day,there was a statistically significant difference in the expression levels of AngI and AngII between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and their levels were also significantly higher than those of the blank group(P<0.05).The expression levels of AngI and AngII in the experimental group and control group on the 14th day were not significantly different(P>0.05),but were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after modeling,the expression levels of IL-1βand IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the blank group and the control group(P<0.05),while IL-10 was higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhongsan lotion can coordinate the balance of inflammatory factors,promote the expression of angiopoietin,and achieve the purpose of rapid wound healing.
