数字化技术在农业机械设计及制造中的应用

摘要 数字化技术是指利用计算机和信息技术进行数据处理、分析和管理,以提高效率、精度和决策能力的技术手段,可以极大地提高机械设计和制造效率、精度。该文概述了目前应用较为广泛的3种数字化技术,即分析计算机辅助设计(CAD)、虚拟现实(VR)技术和制造执行系统(MES)技术在农业机械三维建模、仿真、预测性维护及实时监控生产过程中的应用原理及优势,优化生产计划,及时发现和解决生产中的问题,保证生产过程的高效和质量的一致性。数字化技术的应用,大大提升了农业机械设计和制造的水平,为农业机械的智能化、精细化发展奠定了坚实的基础。 Digital technology refers to the use of computers and information technology for data processing,analysis and management,in order to improve the efficiency,accuracy and decision-making ability of the technical means,can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of machinery design and manufacturing.Through an overview of the current three more widely used digital technology,analyze the principles and advantages of the application of computer-aided design(CAD),virtual reality(VR)technology and manufacturing execution system(MES)technology in the three-dimensional modeling,simulation,predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring of the production process of agricultural machinery,optimize the production plan,timely detection and resolution of production problems,to ensure that the production process is efficient and quality The results of the study show that the above digitalization technology can be used to optimize the production plan,detect and solve the production problems in time,and ensure the efficiency and quality consistency of the production process.The research results show that the application of the above digital technology not only greatly improves the design and manufacturing level of agricultural machinery,but also lays a solid foundation for the intelligent and refined development of agricultural machinery.
