摘要 人工智能大语言模型作为科技领域的热门技术之一,正在改变教育的发展形态和人才培养方式。文章分析了人工智能大语言模型的特征和对拔尖创新人才培养的影响。人工智能大语言模型能激发学生的探索欲、助力个性化学习、强化主动思考的能力,但也存在信息交互失准、情感交流缺失和学习实践遇阻等潜在问题。人工智能大语言模型发展背景下,培养拔尖创新人才需要重塑智能化时代的教育评价、重申技术渗透下的教师角色、创新课堂教学方法、重构高效的教育管理理念,充分发挥人工智能大语言模型在拔尖创新人才培养中的积极作用,弱化和规避其消极作用,促进拔尖创新人才的成长。 As one of the popular technologies in the field of science and technology,artificial intelligence large language models are transforming the development of education and the way talents grow.This paper analyzes the characteristics of AI large language models and their impact on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.The study points out that AI large language models can stimulate individuals′desire for knowledge exploration,promote personalized learning support,and enhance individuals′ability for proactive thinking.However,there are also potential issues such as inaccurate information interaction,lack of emotional communication,and encountering obstacles in the learning practice.In the context of the development of AI large language model technology,cultivating top-notch innovative talents requires reshaping the educational evaluation in the era of intelligence,reaffirming the role of teachers under the infiltration of technology,innovating classroom teaching methods,and reconstructing the concept of efficient education management.This is to fully leverage the positive role of AI large language models in cultivating top-notch innovative talents while mitigating and avoiding their negative effects,thereby promoting the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
