摘要
螺旋管是直流蒸汽发生器的核心组件,研究其中可能发生的两相流动不稳定性对提高蒸汽发生器的安全性和可靠性具有重要的意义。本文采用垂直向上的螺旋管试验段进行试验,其内径8mm,螺旋直径200mm,螺旋升角15°,总长度3091mm。在试验中,发现存在3种典型的流动不稳定类型:密度波型不稳定性、压力降型不稳定性以及热力型不稳定性。通过分析,得到了流动不稳定性的特征并解释了形成机理。
Spiral tube is the core component of one-through steam generator,so it is very important to study the two-phase flow instability that may occur in the spiral tube to improve the safety and reliability of one-through steam generator.In this paper,the vertical experimental section of spiral tube is used,the inner diameter is 8mm,the spiral diameter is 200mm,the spiral angle is 15°,and the total length is 3091mm.In the test,three typical types of flow instability are found,namely,density wave instability,pressure drop instability and thermal instability.By analyzing the data,the characteristics of flow instability are obtained and the formation mechanism is explained.
