中国新型政党制度话语体系的历史嬗变经历了独特的过程,其在时序上展现为萌芽、生长、形成、发展等阶段,在话语上以制度结构、制度功能、制度称谓、制度建设等为核心。新民主主义革命时期,“共产党领导”“多党合作”“政治协商”等制度核心概念纷纷出场,标志着中国新型政党制度话语体系的萌芽。社会主义革命和建设时期,“共产党领导”“多党合作”“政治协商”核心概念逐渐演化出中国新型政党制度的结构话语、功能话语、建设话语,促进了中国新型政党制度话语体系的生长。改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,“中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度”这一正式命名的制度称谓话语出现,它统领了制度结构话语、制度功能话语、制度建设话语的体系化建构,促使中国新型政党制度话语体系逐渐形成。新时代,“中国新型政党制度”的概念化和命题化,推动了制度称谓话语、制度结构话语、制度功能话语、制度建设话语实现更高水平、更全面的构建,促使中国新型政党制度话语体系逐渐发展成熟。

The historical evolution of the discourse system of China’s new type of political party system has undergone a unique process,which chronologically unfolds in the stages of germination,growth,formation,and development,focusing on core discourses of institutional structure,institutional function,institutional title,and institutional construction.During the period of the new democratic revolution,the core concept such as“Communist Party leadership”,“multiparty cooperation”,and“political consultation”emerged one after another,marking the germination of the discourse system of China’s new type of political party system.During the period of socialist revolution and construction,the core concepts of“Communist Party leadership”,“multi-party cooperation”and“political consultation”gradually evolved into the structure discourse,function discourse,and construction discourse of China’s new type of political party system,and promoted the growth of China’s new political party system discourse system.In the new period of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization,the officially named institutional title“multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)”emerged,which led to the systematic construction of the system structure discourse,the system function discourse,and the system construction discourse,and contributed to the gradual formation of China’s new type of discourse system for the political party system in China.In the new era,the conceptualization and propositionalization of the“China’s new type of political party system”have driven the construction of institutional title discourse,institutional structure discourse,institutional function discourse,and institutional construction discourse to achieve a higher level and more comprehensive construction,promoting the gradual development and maturity of the discourse system of China’s new type of political party system.
