高职院校“大思政课”建设的现实困境、比较优势与实践路径

Realistic Dilemma,Comparative Advantages,and Practical Approaches to the Development of“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 “大思政课”理念突出强调思政课的实践性。目前高职院校“大思政课”建设在课堂、平台、师资建设中还面临一定困境。职业教育类型教育属性视域下,高职院校“大思政课”具有三方面的特色和优势,即职业教育的社会性为“大思政课”建设提供了课堂依托,职业教育的实践性为“大思政课”建设提供了平台依托,职业教育的跨界性为“大思政课”建设提供了多元师资依托。因此,高职院校“大思政课”建设可以依托高职院校校企合作、产教融合、工学结合的优势和特点,构建高职思政“大课堂”“大平台”和“大师资”。 The concept of“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”underscores the practical nature of ideological and political courses.At present,the development of“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”in higher vocational colleges faces certain challenges in terms of platform construction,faculty,and classroom development.The attributes of type education inherent in vocational education offer comparative advantages and tangible support for addressing these challenges within the context of“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”.Specifically,the interdisciplinary nature of vocational education provides a platform for reliance;the social and regional aspects of vocational education guide the direction of implementation for“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”;and the practical focus of vocational education offers practical grounding for it.Therefore,the development of“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”in higher vocational institutions can leverage the strengths of cooperative education between schools and enterprises,integration of industry and education,and combination of work and study,to establish a“comprehensive platform”“extensive faculty resources”and“inclusive classroom”for ideological and political education in vocational colleges.
