摘要
“数智”技术全方位、多维度赋能高校思想政治教育治理,促进其时代话语、政策话语、话语权利向“交互式启发”“介入建构”和“多元共治”模式转向,使得其治理方式、治理逻辑、治理结构、治理立场与治理过程向“数据理性型”“事前预防型”“并联扁平型”“多元动态型”“精准靶向型”变革。“数智”话语情境的普遍应用也加速了高校思想政治教育的数智化演进,开创了具有战略治理、数据治理、智能治理、文化治理和生态治理等多元角度的思想政治教育治理现代化创新路径。此路径有助于推动思想政治教育治理的数字化转型和智能化升级,增强思想政治教育的内在活力,从而不断提升思想政治教育治理效能。
“Digital Intelligence”technology all-round,multi-dimensional adding ennrgey to ideological and political education,to promote its times discourse,policy discourse,power of discourse to“Interactive enlightenment”,Intervention construction and“Multi-governance”model,it makes the governance mode,governance logic,governance structure,governance position and governance process to“Data rational”,“Pre-prevention”,“Parallel flat”,“Multi-dynamic”,“Precision targeted”transformation.The universal application of“Digital Intelligence”discourse situation also accelerates the evolution of digital intelligence in ideological and political education,it creates the innovation path of the modernization of ideological and political education governance from multiple angles such as strategic governance,data governance,intelligent governance,cultural governance and ecological governance.This path is helpful to promote the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of ideological and political education governance,enhance the inherent vitality of ideological and political education,and constantly enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education governance.
