摘要
当今世界,全球性挑战与大国竞争的新变局使得“科学-技术-创新”(STI)在社会经济可持续发展中的核心作用不断凸显。与之相伴,STI作为科学学研究体系中的重要进路,也在新时代最佳实践的与时俱进中不断演化。本文基于科学学研究的发展视角,梳理发轫于贝尔纳传统的STI研究进路的时代特征,分析范式演化的核心规律,展望科技创新的前沿趋势。研究发现,生态观的兴起、整合思维的运用、对创新外部性问题的关注,以及有关创新价值与意义的讨论共同推动了科技创新理论范式的演化。在此进程中,研究者紧跟时代前沿,依托最新实践,在诸多领域进行了有益探索。本研究旨在通过系统分析,为新形势下的创新发展战略提供理论支撑与政策依据。
In today s world,global challenges and new changes in the competition among great powers have made the central role of“Science-Technology-Innovation”in sustainable social and economic is constantly being stressed.Additionally,STI as an important pathway in the system of science studies,is also evolving in the practice of the new era.Based on the perspective of the development of studies in the science of science,this paper examines the characteristics of the STI research pathway originated from Bernard s tradition,analyses the core rules of the paradigm evolution,and looks forward to the forefront trend of scientific and technological innovation.The study finds that the emergence of the ecological view,the application of integration thinking,the concern for the issue of the externality of innovation,and the discussion of the value and meaning of innovation have all contributed to the evolution of the theoretical paradigm of science,technology,and innovation.In this process,researchers have followed the frontiers of the times and relied on the latest practices to carry out useful explorations in many fields.The study intends to provide theoretical support and policy basis for China's innovation development strategy in the new situation through systematic analyses.
