重大工程智能化运维管理模式研究

Research on Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Management Mode of Megaprojects

面对基础设施高质量发展和数字化转型叠加的历史进程,智能化作为重大工程物理设施与服务之间的调适性方式,在日益复杂的运维中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文通过“为什么—是什么—如何做”的逻辑系统,研究重大工程智能化运维管理模式,结合时代诉求、高质量发展情境分析重大工程运维管理与智能化的内在关联,在明晰重大工程智能化运维管理模式基本学理的基础上重构智能化运维管理要素,并阐述服务功能涌现、“数”聚“人”散融合、常态应急转换等运行机制,从技术、应用、效益等层面解析重大工程智能化运维管理模式的实现路径。研究揭示了重大工程运维管理与智能化的内在关联,构建了重大工程智能化运维管理模式,解析了其实现路径,对推动重大工程智能化运维管理理论体系的形成具有理论和现实意义。

Faced with the historical process of the superimposition of high-quality infrastructure development and digital transformation,intelligent operation and maintenance is an adaptive way between megaprojects physical facilities and services,and plays an irreplaceable role in the increasingly complex situation.This paper studies the intelligent operation and maintenance management mode of megaprojects through the logic system of“why-what-how”.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relationship between the operation and maintenance management of megaprojects and the intelligence from the perspective of the demands of the times,high-quality development situation.Secondly,based on clarifying the basic theory of intelligent operation and maintenance management mode of megaprojects,this paper reconstructs the elements of intelligent operation and maintenance management and elaborates on the service function emergence,the fusion between gathered“Data”and scattered“People”,and the transformation between the normal and the emergency.Finally,this paper analyzes the realization paths of intelligent operation and maintenance management mode of megaprojects from the aspects of the technology,application,and benefit.The revealed intrinsic connection between the operation and maintenance mode of megaprojects and the intelligence,the developed intelligent operation and maintenance management mode,and the analyzed realization paths in this article all contribute to the formation of the theoretical system of promoting intelligent operation and maintenance management of megaprojects.
