医用镍钛合金表面改性研究进展

摘要 医用镍钛合金具有独特的形状记忆效应、超弹性、优良的力学性能以及生物相容性,被广泛用作外科植入材料。然而,过量镍离子析出可能导致过敏、炎症等不良反应;且医用镍钛合金属于生物惰性材料,对人体组织微环境缺乏响应性,需进行表面改性增强其耐腐蚀性,并赋予其特定的生物学功能。本文将常用的表面改性方法分为物理改性、化学改性和复合改性三大类;总结分析各方法的特点、优势和局限;介绍采用各方法对医用镍钛合金表面改性的相关研究进展;指出现阶段表面改性面临的问题;并展望了医用镍钛合金表面改性未来的发展方向。 Biomedical nitinol is widely used as a surgical implant material due to its unique shape memory effect,superelasticity,and excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility.However,the excessive precipitation of nickel ions may cause adverse reactions such as allergies and inflammation.Meanwhile,nitinol belongs to bioinert materials and lacks responsiveness to the tissue environment.Surface modification is the most commonly used strategy to improve the corrosion resistance and specific biological functions of nitinol.In this review,we summarized three kinds of surface modification methods including physical,chemical,and compound modification technologies;the characteristics,advantages,and limitations of each method were analyzed.The relevant research progresses of surface modification on biomedical nitinol were introduced and the existing problems were pointed out.Besides,the future development direction of surface modification of biomedical nitinol was prospected.
