摘要 回顾食用菌从野生、人工干预到人工栽培的发展历程,介绍食用菌栽培方式和栽培模式,总结中国为世界食用菌产业发展作出的贡献,展望食用菌栽培发展的方向。 The trajectory of edible fungi from wild occurrence to human intervention and ultimately to artificial cultivation was retrospected,including introductions on various cultivation methods and cultivation modes.The significant contributions made by China to the global development of the edible fungus industry were highlighted.Future directions of edible fungus cultivation were envisioned,and the potential avenues for innovation and expansion of this vibrant sector were outlined.
