茶文化与高校劳动教育的融合路径研究

当前,高校劳动教育正面临教育观念转变、课程与资源配置、教师队伍建设、评价体系完善等一系列挑战。茶文化与高校劳动教育的融合,包括茶树种植、茶叶采摘、加工制作、鉴赏品茗等,极大地丰富了高校劳动教育的载体和形式,为学生提供了全面的创造性劳动体验,有效提升了学生的劳动技能、审美情趣与文化素养。为此,提出了茶文化与高校劳动教育融合的实施路径,构建融合的课程体系、实践体系、教师体系、激励体系和评价体系,助力弘扬中华优秀传统文化,使之更加符合时代发展的需要。

At present,labor education in colleges and universities is facing a series of challenges,such as the change of educational concept,the allocation of curriculum and resources,the construction of teachers,and the improvement of evaluation system.The integration of tea culture and college labor education,including tea tree planting,tea picking,processing and production,appreciation of tea,etc.,has greatly enriched the carrier and form of college labor education,provided students with a comprehensive creative labor experience,and effectively improved students' labor skills,aesthetic taste and cultural literacy.Therefore,the paper puts forward the implementation path of the integration of tea culture and college labor education,and constructs the integrated curriculum system,practice system,teacher system,incentive system and evaluation system to help promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture and make it more in line with the needs of the development of The Times.
