用于铁塔地脚防护的聚氨酯弹性体复合材料研究

摘要 随着现代通信技术的飞速发展,铁塔作为通信基础设施的重要组成部分,其地脚面临着来自自然环境和人为损伤的多重威胁。针对铁塔地脚的保护需求,本文提出了一种基于聚氨酯弹性体复合材料的防护方案,并对其制备工艺、性能测试及应用进行了系统研究。通过对材料性能的分析和实验验证,本文的研究成果为铁塔地脚防护提供了新的解决方案,具有重要的工程应用价值。 With the rapid development of modern communication technology,iron towers,as an important compo-nent of communication infrastructure,face multiple threats from natural environment and human damage to their foundations.This article proposes a protection scheme based on polyurethane elastomer composite material for the protection needs of iron tower foundations,and systematically studies its preparation process,performance testing,and application.Through the analysis and experimental verification of material properties,the research results of this article provide a new solution for the protection of iron tower foundations,which has important engineering application value.
