Research on the optimization of the quality management system in chemical enterprises

化工企业发展过程中,建立和优化质量管理体系不仅可促进企业科学研究和资源管理水平提升,也有利于增强市场竞争力。基于此,本文聚焦于分析当前化工企业在质量管理中面临的主要问题,并提出如何构建化工企业质量管理体系的有效策略。提出加强人员管理、应用PDCA循环管理理念等方式,旨在提高化工产品质量,降低化工生产安全风险。

In the development process of chemical enterprises,establishing and optimizing a quality management system can not only promote the improvement of scientific research and resource management level,but also enhance market competitiveness.Based on this,this article focuses on analyzing the main problems faced by current chemical enterprises in quality management,and proposes effective strategies for building a quality management system for chemical enterprises.Propose ways to strengthen personnel management and apply the PDCA cycle management concept,aiming to improve the quality of chemical products and reduce safety risks in chemical production.
