“一带一路”背景下奥地利中文教育的发展现状与前景展望

Development Status and Prospects of Chinese Language Education in Austria in the Context of"Belt and Road Initiative"

摘要 在“一带一路”的推动下,中文教育已逐渐在奥地利语言技能培养领域和增进中奥文明交流互鉴关系上显现出自身重要的价值和功能。通过分析奥地利中文教育的发展现状,可以发现中文教育在奥地利已经形成较为完整的体系架构,在育人方面卓有成效。从典型教育机构的实践范例来看,奥地利高校开展的系统化综合性中文教育体现出对人才的塑造功能,而孔子学院和华文学校开展的中文教育则成为文化育人的重要支撑,其背后的推动因素在于“一带一路”所构建的良好政治环境、强大经济共生、多元的人员融入而形成的交流互鉴场域。同时,奥地利中文教育还面临着本土教师教学培养机制、受众群体的基础和规模、教学资料规范统一程度等方面的挑战。随着“一带一路”的现实成效不断显现,未来的奥地利中文教育将具有更为明显的本土化、规范化和规模化特征,最终将对中奥间的文明交流互鉴产生深远的影响。 With the promotion of the"Belt and Road Initiative"(BRI),the Chinese language education has gradually shown its important value and function in the field of Austrian language skills training and promoting the exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and Austrian civilizations.Through making analysis of the development of the Chinese language education in Austria,we can find that Chinese language education has formed a relatively complete system in Austria,with high effectiveness in education.From the practical examples of typical educational institutions,Austrian universities carry out systematic and comprehensive Chinese language education to which has shown the functions cultivating talents,while Chinese language education carried out by Confucius Institutes and Chinese language schools have become an important support for cultural education.The driving factor behind it is the exchange and mutual learning field formed up by the good political environment,strong economic symbiosis and personnel integration constructed by BRI.Meanwhile,Chinese language education in Austria also faces challenges in terms of teaching training mechanisms for local teachers,foundation and scale of the target teaching objects,and the standardization and uniformity of teaching materials.With the increasingly obvious effect of BRI,Chinese language education in Austria will obtain the features of localization,standardization and large scale in more significant wary the future.This will finally lead to far-reaching impact on cultural exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and Austrian civilizations.
