提高缆控分层采油工艺对接稳定性的措施研究

摘要 目前有缆分层采油工艺主要采用泵抽管柱与配产管柱对接的丢手式管柱,实现了检泵不动井下分层配产管柱的生产需求,但目前对接成功率较低,制约了工艺的大规模推广。通过优化改进对接器结构,增加排异机构,改进锁止机构与触点形式等手段,经过室内及现场验证,改进后的对接成功率为100%,防蠕动性能稳定,多次对接后绝缘性能良好。 At present,the cable stratified oil production technology mainly adopts the release type pipe string,which connects the pumping pipe string with the production pipe string,and realizes the production demand of the downhole stratified production string without moving the pump.However,the docking success rate is low at present,which restricts the large-scale promotion of the technology.By optimizing and improving the structure of the docking device,increasing the rejection mechanism,improving the locking mechanism and contact form and other means,after indoor and on-site verification,the improved docking success rate is 100%,the anti-creep performance is stable,and the insulation performance is good after multiple docking.
