摘要
为探究339.7mm(13%")斜向器在套管内坐挂的开启排量及验证坐挂后坐挂性能的可靠性,确保套管开窗作业顺利稳定,进而挖掘中老油田剩余油以实现提高采收率的目的。基于弹簧校核原理及水力学相关原理,对339.7mm斜向器的坐挂原理及抗压抗扭结构设计进行系统阐释,并开展入井测试及坐挂性能可靠性测试,验证开发斜向器的现场应用性能。试验结果表明,339.7mm斜向器在3m^(3)泥浆排量时测试井内发生坐挂,且坐挂后下压30.39t无位移,扭矩加至40kN·m无位移,坐挂抗压、抗扭性能良好,可靠性较高。
In order to explore the opening displacement of the(339.7 mm)13%"whipstock in the casing and verify the reliability of the seated performance after sitting and hanging,ensure the smooth and stable casing window-opening operation,and then excavate the remaining oil in the middle and old oil fields to achieve the purpose of improving the recovery rate,based on the spring check principle and hydraulics related principles,the sitting and hanging principle of the 339.7 mm whipstock and the design of compressive and torsion structure were systematically explained,and the well test and the reliability test of sitting and hanging performance were carried out to verify the field application performance of the developed whipstock.The test results show that the 339.7 mm whipstock is stuck in the test well when the mud displacement is 3 m',and the pressure and torque are 30.39 t without displacement,and the torque is increased to 40 kN·m without displacement,and the compression and torsion resistance are good and the reliability is high.
