摘要
从2022年底AI语言模型ChatGPT横空出世,到今年年初视频生成模型Sora的到来,人工智能前进的脚步越来越快,各行各业都能感受到:一个新的AI时代已到来。我国正在加快布局,在今年的《政府工作报告》中,首次提出开展“人工智能+”行动。为落实国家战略,推动高等教育与人工智能融合发展,3月,教育部启动实施人工智能赋能教育行动:4月,公布了首批18个“人工智能+高等教育”应用场景典型案例;7月,又启动了第二批案例征集工作。
In this issue,we explore the significant impact of artificial intelligence(Al)on higher education from a perspective of meeting the future needs of the new era.We also discuss the practical application of intelligent technologies in higher education sector,aiming to advance the integration of AI and higher education jointly with the peers in the sector.
