摘要
高校食堂作为高校师生日常饮食的主要场所,其食品安全直接关系到全校师生身体健康和校园稳定。近年来,随着各类食品安全事件的发生,高校食堂的食品安全问题备受社会关注。本文分析了高校食堂食品安全管理的现状和存在的问题,提出了针对措施,以期为提升高校食堂食品安全管理水平提供参考。
As the main place for teachers and students to eat in universities,the food safety of universities canteens is directly related to the health of all teachers and students and the stability of the campus.In recent years,with the occurrence of various food safety incidents,the food safety issues in universities canteens have attracted much attention from the society.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of food safety management in universities canteens,and puts forward targeted measures,in order to provide a reference for improving the level of food safety management in universities canteens.
