摘要
目的:分析2021—2023年广东省食品安全监督抽检情况,以期为生产者、经营者、监管者及消费者提供启示与参考。方法:汇总梳理广东省近3年抽检结果,对整体情况、抽检食品种类、不合格项目及不合格项目中具体指标进行分析讨论。结果:随着样品抽检量的逐年上升,不合格率呈现下降趋势。2021—2023年,蔬菜制品、炒货食品及坚果制品、餐饮食品和食用农产品的不合格率平均值处于较高水平。在不合格项目中,农兽药残留占比较大。结论:随着监管力度的增大,抽检结果呈现向好的态势。部分抽检结果存在的问题,应引起关注。为巩固并深化这一成果,仍需要社会各界的协同努力,助力实现舌尖上的安全。
Objective:To analyze the sampling situation of food safety supervision in Guangdong province from 2021 to 2023,in order to provide inspiration and reference for producers,operators,regulators and consumers.Method:The results of sampling inspection in Guangdong province in recent three years were summarized,and the overall situation,the types of sampled food,the unqualified items and their specific indicators were analyzed and discussed.Result:With the increase of sample quantity year by year,the unqualified rate showed a decreasing trend.The average unqualified rate of vegetable products,fried food and nut products,catering food and edible agricultural products was at a high level from 2021 to 2023.Among the unqualified items,residue of agricultural and veterinary drugs accounted for the largest proportion.Conclusion:With the increase of supervision,the current sampling results show a good trend.Some problems in the sampling results should be paid attention to.In order to consolidate and deepen this achievement,the concerted efforts of all sectors of society are still needed to help achieve security on the tip of the tongue.
